 | item: 7th Heaven: The Seventh Season I haven't seen this season yet, but look forward to receiving it to watch them. I have seen some of the escapades on TV and am glued to the TV when they are on. Well, it has taken a while, but 7th Heaven has finally found a company willing to release all the seasons on DVD, and if you can look past the music changes and occasional scene omissions, this is another good batch of Camden fun to add to your collection around Thanksgiving time.
Although the show had passed its peak by the time Season 7 premiered, it still has plenty of nice moments in its favor, and one big advantage to an 11-year series like this is that we really had the opportunity to watch the characters grow up.
The classic 7th Heaven drama begins full-force right away by revisiting Eric... see description |

 | item: This, for me, was the last of the good, watchable Wings. (The last season totally and completely SUCKED.) Season 7, after the wedding, coming home from the honeymoon to find the house gone and the rest of the season is pretty much taken up with getting a new house and dealing with how and why Helen's house burned down. If anyone can make burning down a house *funny*, it was done here. I still wonder how, even with the insurance payment, they always seem to have money to throw around on this series. So far the first 6 Seasons of Wings are available on DVD, and Season 7 is on DVD radar this September, it is only a matter of time for Season 8, which is the Final Season to come for a landing! Please release Wings The 8th & Final Season (1996-1997) on DVD in Early 2009! ... see description |

 | item: Then again, there are even fewer that can boast an actor as good as Oscar winner Holly Hunter in the lead role, and Hunter draws on her considerable chops and charms to bring to life a character who, while certainly sympathetic, isn’t always especially likable. But Saving Grace is all about Holly Hunter, and by and large that’s a very good thing. It won’t be easy. There are reasons for all of this, of course--turns out that the death of her sister in the 1995 terrorist bombing that claimed 168 lives is just one of them--but it’s only when Grace commits a particularly stupid and reckless act that the potential for redemption appears in the form of Earl (Leon Rippy), a tobacco-chewing good ol’ boy who just happens to be an angel. Her Grace Hanadarko, a detective working for ... see description |

 | item: CSI New York: The Fourth Season is my favorite show except for the writers strike that made only 21 episodes this year but, it is sill the best season of all. After a questionable start, CSI: NY has shown itself to be an outstanding forensic drama in its own right. I think the season has been pretty good so far. I wasn't really into the spy/cars episode other than the fact it had a lot of Flack in it. I was somewhat afraid that the season was going to take a turn for being really "out there" but it's starting to grow on me again. I really liked "Boo" and "Commuted Sentences." Overall, I think CSI NY has the most intriguing storylines of the franchise and the best actors/guest stars. Still my favorite! like how they are starting to infuse more action into the show, while still keeping the ... see description |
